During the month of November, the Interact Club will be holding a food donation drive for Life Ministries Food Bank. Every classroom will receive a box to put the food items in. Once a week, Interact Club members will come around and collect all of the food from the boxes. At the end of the month, the classroom who collects the most food items will receive a prize! The prize will be donuts and hot chocolate during first period! Only one classroom in the whole school will be rewarded! Here is a list of food donations we are accepting:
Canned fruits and vegetables
- Canned soups and pastas
- Dry pastas and rice
- Boxed/packaged flavored rices and pastas
- Dry cereal, including oatmeal and cream of wheat
- Bars- granola, nutrigrain, cereal bars
- canned/boxed juices
- Dry pancake mixes, syrupsÂ
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Trail mix and boxed crackers
