Last week the Blue Falcon Award was awarded to Ms. Frisch.  The former holders of the award, Mrs. Bellis and Mrs. Castagna, have awarded Ms Frisch this award because they feel she is, “enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, and compassionate for both staff and students.”  Mrs. Bellis and Mrs. Castagna say that, “She goes out of her way to make SMS the place to be for all stakeholders (staff and students), and she dedicates her time by volunteering for fun staff PD activities, holding yoga classes, being a friendly face to students, and even being DJ at the semi formal.”  Ms. Frisch has all of the attributes of being an excellent educator and staff member, therefore she is very deserving of this award.
