The PSSA’s are right around the corner! Here are some tips to help you perform the best that you can.
PSSA Tips:
- Get at least 9 hours of sleep
- Exercise for an hour a day
- Stay hydrated
- Eat a nutritious breakfast
- Try your best!
- Take a deep breath and relax
- Listen to instructions
- Stay positive; focus on what you know
