PSSA Tips

The PSSA’s are right around the corner! Here are some tips to help you perform the best that you can.

PSSA Tips:

 

  • Get at least 9 hours of sleep
  • Exercise for an hour a day
  • Stay hydrated
  • Eat a nutritious breakfast
  • Try your best!
  • Take a deep breath and relax
  • Listen to instructions
  • Stay positive; focus on what you know
