Project Wonder Student Interview

This year the 6th-grade reading teacher Mr. Beyer, the 7th-grade reading teacher Mr. Ecker, and Mrs. Hines started a project-based learning group called Project Wonder. The group focuses on having more choice in what they want to learn. For example, if a child is interested in animals, they may be able to talk to the Lehigh Valley Zoo and learn more about the animals they have at the Lehigh Valley Zoo. Perhaps a student might have multiple interests that they want to learn about, and he/she might be able to combine those multiple interests. For example, if they were interested in camping and singing, they might want to create campfire songs. You can do almost do anything you can possibly imagine. Music, dance, 1800’s, and so much more!
